1. Could you tell us a bit about your working experience?
I’ve done a little bit of everything, from being an entrepreneur to working in a Latinamerican ed-tech startup as a Business Development Manager. Then, after graduating with a MA in Digital Management at Hyper Island, I was a Product Owner in e-commerce.
Lastly, prior to joining The Techno Creatives, I had the role of a Service Designer and Product Lead in an Innovation Consultancy firm, specifically in the education field. I’ve also been a design and culture facilitator and a university teacher.
2. The best about your job?
The dynamism and people you can work with. For me, technology is an enabler, and to help companies provide better services and be closer to their users by making their lives easier is satisfying. Also, working with people from different backgrounds and experiences make it a unique experience.
3. What makes you boost your creativity?
First of all, being surrounded by people who question and have different perspectives and approaches to challenges than me. In a personal way, yoga, long walks and dancing (I love all Latin dances).
4. What has attracted you to The Techno Creatives tribe?
From the beginning, the culture, how open people were to share their experience at the company, and the team diversity. I am from Peru, so it was also an essential factor. Then, their goals and vision as a company and how arduous the recruitment process was. I was challenged and was looking for an environment where I would always learn.
