What were you doing before you came to work at The Techno Creatives?

In the past, I worked for several years as a dedicated UI Designer but started transitioning more and more into code and fell in love with iOS development.

What do you find to be the biggest difference in your daily experience now and before you worked at The Techno Creatives?

The projects are next level. I work on projects that I could only dream of working on before joining The Techno Creatives.

What do you find to be an important factor in your work culture?

I think it’s very important to differentiate between professional excellence and being a perfect human. I think an essential part of a great work culture is to remind each other that perfect people don’t exist and that you are just as respected on the days when everything breaks down, as on the days when you absolutely nailed it.

Mention three things you like besides work

There is no better feeling than blasting heavy metal just before riding a storm with your kite, then returning exhausted and happy to have concurred the elements - celebrating it with a cold beer and some slow hip-hop.
