For me this means I often take a project ownership in projects we do. All in all, with an outcome driven approach which also very much defines our company I would say.
I’ve been working mostly in SaaS companies both large and small, in Sweden and abroad, developing platforms and services b2b. My roles have been such as team manager and client responsible.
The cross-functional approach to a challenge and that design, either as a methodology or practically speaking, is in the middle of basically everything we do.
Collaboration and transparency being some of the most important things for sure. But also the curiosity and willingness to try out new ways of doing things, so that you don’t get stuck in routines or stare yourself blind on how someone else did it. I believe we showcase this every day at TTC.
