I'm Head of Digital Products & Services and responsible for the Strategist team

What were you doing before you came to work at The Techno Creatives?

I’ve been working with digital transformation, design and development for customers in several industries and I've had several different responsibilities within management, sales, delivery and people.

What do you find to be the biggest difference in your daily experience now and before you worked at The Techno Creatives?

The biggest difference from all other previous jobs is the courage, pride and determination that innovation is the basis of everything. The explore, risk and learn aspect is built into the way of working and the culture.

What do you find to be an important factor in your work culture?

It is important that my workplace is a safe haven where you can be yourself, where your uniqueness is seen as a strength and not a burden. Where you have the possibility to speak your mind, take initiatives and even fail without being called out. Team spirit is key: We are one Techno, we work, win, lose, learn and laugh together.

Mention three things you like besides work

Crossfit, Wine/food and travel. However, most of all spending time with my friends & family.
