What do you do at The Techno Creatives?

I’m a product manager, and because of my previous experience in Service Design, I also collaborate in this area for some projects.

What were you doing before you came to work at The Techno Creatives?

Before joining TTC, I was a Service Designer and Product Lead in an Innovation Consultancy firm, specifically in the education area. But last year, I was also a design and culture facilitator, developers and designers’ mentor in an accelerator for Latam talent, and a university teacher.

What do you find to be the biggest difference in your daily experience now and before you worked at The Techno Creatives?

I consider myself a people person, and because of the pandemic, I’ve been working remotely for almost two years. Being able to be in the studio, share in person, and know people from different parts of the world with different backgrounds is something I value a lot. I like that we have different types of projects and change teams (product management-design-development). This way of working allows me to constantly work with more people and learn from them! I also value that we adapted to a hybrid working method because if I want to work from another country, for example, I can do it!

What do you find to be an important factor in your work culture?

I can’t choose one. I believe in teamwork, open communication, respect, joy, initiative, and proactivity.

Mention three things you like besides work

Cook (and, of course, eat). Cooking relaxes me a lot! Dance (Reggeaton & Latin dances) Travel by myself.
