“Saab iQon is an Android based infotainment system that provides drivers with the possibility of downloading mobile applications to a vehicle in the same way as to a smartphone. A wide range of applications will be available in the Saab iQon store.

As head designers of the infotainment system in Saab's 'Phoenix' concept car NIB were responsible for the implementation of the Phoenix application. The application features a graphical interface inspired by Saab's aircraft heritage.
Features include speedometer, flight altitude meter, inclinometer, compass and UTC clock.

Along with the concept car, the app was revealed at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show.
